Privacy notice

This notice covers agency.rankordesign.com. The controller is Saeed Global Group FZE LLC, trading as Rank or Design, Business Centre, Al Zahia Area, Entrance No. 2, Ground Floor, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Contact: sales@rankordesign.com.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, business, website, email, phone, the services you ticked, budget range and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you agree, to prepare a proposal.
• Spam protection: a one-way scrambled form of your internet address, kept to limit how many requests one address can send. We cannot turn it back into your address.
• Client login: for clients only, your name, business, email, a scrambled (hashed) password, your package and the reports and invoices we upload for you.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Clients who sign in get one cookie (rd_agency) that keeps them signed in for up to 14 days. Your Day / Night choice is kept in your own browser (rdTheme) and is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client records are kept while you are a client and for 6 years afterwards for accounting.

Who sees it

Only our team. Emails are sent through our email provider. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@rankordesign.com. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
