Terms of service

These terms apply to marketing services from Rank or Design, a trading name of Saeed Global Group FZE LLC (licence no. 4432908.01). Each client also receives a written proposal; where it differs from these terms, the proposal applies.

1. Services

We provide the services and package set out in your proposal. We use reasonable skill and care and follow the published guidelines of Google, Meta, TikTok and the other platforms we work with.

2. Results are not guaranteed

Search rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales depend on search engines, platforms, competitors and your market, which nobody controls. We do not guarantee any ranking, position, page, traffic level or sales figure. We commit to doing the agreed work and reporting on it honestly.

3. Fees and payment

Packages are billed monthly in advance at the price in your proposal. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not part of our fee. Invoices are due within 14 days.

4. Term and cancellation

Monthly packages run month to month. Either side can end them with 30 days' written notice. Work already done and paid for is yours.

5. Your responsibilities

You give us the access, information and approvals we need, and confirm that content and offers you ask us to publish are accurate and lawful. Marketing emails and WhatsApp messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them.

6. Ownership

Once paid for, the website, content and designs we create for you belong to you. Your advertising, analytics and social accounts are always in your name.

7. Liability

Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for loss of profit or for changes made by search engines or platforms. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
